INTELVISION LLC continues to strengthen its position in building construction, engineering and automation market. A project «Business-Centre «Alpiisky» - the first Intelligent Building in Saint-Petersburg, Russia based on Beckhoff automation hardware has won the national HI-TECH BUILDING AWARD 2011 for the ''Best building automation solution'' in Russia.

The system comprises Beckhoff equipment and SmartUnity BMS software developed by INTELVISION. The flexibility of implemented architecture enabled integration of HVAC, MEP, safety and telecommunication systems into one automation system via the multitude of automation protocols such as KNX, LON, DALI, Modbus and Ethernet.

The comprehensive solution provided a significant reduction of customer's outlay and A-class energy efficiency. If required, the system can be easily expanded owing to the scalability of INTELVISION technologies and software.
